My husband and I worked with Matthew at your store in Chattanooga Plaza located in Midlothian Virginia. He was more than helpful, answering all of our many questions. He was quite patient with us as we are not tech savvy. Thumbs up to a great salesman!
Very happy with this branch. The manager (John) was extremely cordial and helpful on my initial visit and when I needed to return to have him upload some additional stuff from my iCloud as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Tatiana today. She was very helpful and efficient. She quickly resolved my issue and apologized for the inconvenience that it had caused me. If I ever have to visit Verizon again, I'll definitely go to this location even though there are several locations closer to my home
