Store visit 5/3/26 I don't remember the individuals name, but the store manager will of course know. I needed to return an order I made online and initially what I communicated was not clear, but eventually we were all on the same page. He showed us some obvious upgrades to make on our account and an offer for internet that would potentially be better than our current provider. Sorry I forgot your name, but my wife, son, and myself appreciated you very much.
They worked hard to get it all correct.
Recently was talked into switching over to at and t from Verizon, but when I needed help with a mistake that was made in the initial set up, they refused to help me. In fact had me on t he verge of tears. I went into this Verizon location and was greeted genuinely and helped immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and sympathetic. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and I am very appreciative.
