Holy moley... The intent was just to replace my phone, but the service was so ridiculously over the top from both David and Willby that I ended up with not only a new phone, a case, the glass, accessories... great sales staff with fantastic customer service!🤌
had a problem with my phone when i went to several stores they told me they dont repair and they werent trained for that. it was a virus. my son in law took it and within a couple hrs it was fixed. Mind you hes no expert on phones!
Wilmy is one of the best customer service individuals I have encountered in my interaction with Verizon (or with any other similar vendors eg, Optimum, Apple, etc. ). He has the patience of a saint, and explains concepts in a very logical manner. He is extremely personable and went out of his way to accommodate me with personal requests re: how to upload a document, scan documents,etc. On a scale of 1-10, he’s a 10+++!
I went in to get our phone service switched from carried to Verizon we spoke with rosemary she was super kind and explained everything to us took care of us gave us them good discount and stuff she was the absolute best super happy with out new service and got my entire family switched to Verizon we also took advantage of their new amazing deal and gave us 1k of in both of our old pay up phones :)
