Ohhhh man, dont get me started! I wanted to get iff someones plan, Im moving out of town. I started with that, and the confusion ensued. I was given instructions get added as regustered user. *this is true, but only one way to get an acct, because its easy to get off someones plan. The acct holder can simply disconnect it. Becoming a user was not something I wanted and it would also be a security risk to an acct holder. Moot point was driven to so I could think. I came back. I was told on the phone by a customer service representative that I could purchase phones in the store and receive the same discounts as online. Once I arrived at the store, I was told this is not the case. It would be so much easier to make a purchase in the store than online. You can ask questions in the store.
Ended up doing mostly online, in the store. If we could have figured out the plans, we wouldn't have had to go to the store. They do have the things you need, the staff is nice.
