This Verizon store said they were unable to print a paper bill for me because my account was already closed. This is a Verizon corporate office, which does not even have a capability to print a paper bill for former customers who switched their mobile lines to another carrier. Once you complete a phone buyout deal with another carrier and transfer all your mobile lines, Verizon will immediately shut down your account, and you won’t be able to access your bill until the final bill is processed and mailed out to your mailing a... read more
Ohhhh man, dont get me started! I wanted to get iff someones plan, Im moving out of town. I started with that, and the confusion ensued. I was given instructions get added as regustered user. *this is true, but only one way to get an acct, because its easy to get off someones plan. The acct holder can simply disconnect it. Becoming a user was not something I wanted and it would also be a security risk to an acct holder. Moot point was driven to so I could think. I came back.
