This Verizon store said they were unable to print a paper bill for me because my account was already closed. This is a Verizon corporate office, which does not even have a capability to print a paper bill for former customers who switched their mobile lines to another carrier. Ohhhh man, dont get me started! I wanted to get iff someones plan, Im moving out of town. I started with that, and the confusion ensued. I was given instructions get added as regustered user. *this is true, but only one way to get an acct, because its easy to get off someones plan. The acct holder can simply disconnect it. Becoming a user was not something I wanted and it would also be a security risk to an acct holder. Moot point was driven to so I could think. I came back.
