After the terrible porting experience I had at the Verizon store in Willowbrook, I came to the Bolingbrook location on Weber Road and spoke with Jessica, who introduced me to Eddie from the business department. Dennis is as very nice. He didn’t sell me any unnecessary equipment and even advised me on what I did need. He listened to me and took care of everything in a timely fashion. I will definitely come back to this store. Thank you.
I regret having signed a contract with this company, terrible service from the employees, especially the managers.
