Went here to pick up a modem I ordered online for their internet. Walked in and therr were people scattered about everywhere with no organization. People looked extremely annoyed and many people started walking out. I waited for 30 minutes and the guy never came back with my modem so I left. Not a good first impression. If this is how Verizon is then I'll just stay with my current provider
I received excellent customer service from Joy located in Smyrna office she was patient, well informed on products and promotions it was a pleasure signing on and working with such and outstanding representative of Verizon
