The salesman wasn't very helpful at all. He seemed like I was an inconvenience because I wanted to pay my device off and buy a new phone.
Corporate Verizon store. Absolutely horrific experience. I went in trying to upgrade a phone, and a line, and buy accessory products. They had 4 employees on their phones standing at the front of the store, while I had to call Verizon myself, do my own tech support, and finally when no one in the store cared enough to speak to me again, I left in frustration.
