No customer service rep took the time to work with me about what I needed resulting in an over 4 hour ordeal that still isn't completed. Terrible service.

Came in on the day of the big nationwide outage, bought a phone. Asked specific cost and billing questions so that there would be zero surprises and guess what. No, I didnt receive the trade-in amount promised, no i wasn't told about the additional $147 dollars in taxes that would show up on my next bill, and no, I can't get a credit for any of it, even though I have a Verizon business plan with 4 lines of service. Actually terrible customer service. I’ve never had a harder time trying to get a real person on the phone for something simple. It’s like no one works there even when you apparently are getting transferred to a worker and sit on hold for 30+ mins.
