I bought a ear buds asking their customer support If I dont like can i return they said they will give refund if i dont like this but after one day later they arent giving refund or anything I dont like this company.
Terrible experience with this location. I don't want to say the employee's name publicly but I will be reaching out the store, corporate and local media about the situation that has been resolved for almost 3 months.
No complaints about people in the store, in fact they were helpful. However dealing with corporate is probably the most terrible experience. I’ve wasted countless hours on hold just to be hung up on. The wireless internet gateway has upload speeds of about 4-6 mbps which is unusable in today’s age. Spent two hours on the phone today. Last 50mins on hold which ended up with a hang up(or dropped call, not surprised given how terrible the service is).
