I went to buy a watch, and I wasn't even given the chance to try it on. The customer service was extremely poor, and the whole experience was disappointing. What surprised me the most is that I've been a Verizon customer for over 12 years and have multiple lines with the company. Because of that, I expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and genuinely surprised by how I was treated.
When I went to the corporate store, Chad, the general manager and his team, Kevin and Juan done a phenomenal job and ease in my pain, trying to use different types of payments to pay my bill with Verizon and they made it such an ease very pleasant place very busy very bubbly and that’s the place to go if you need a problem taken care of thank you Chad thank you Kevin and thank you. One you did wonders to help me out.
No customer service rep took the time to work with me about what I needed resulting in an over 4 hour ordeal that still isn't completed. Terrible service.

Came in on the day of the big nationwide outage, bought a phone. Asked specific cost and billing questions so that there would be zero surprises and guess what. No, I didnt receive the trade-in amount promised, no i wasn't told about the additional $147 dollars in taxes that would show up on my next bill, and no, I can't get a credit for any of it, even though I have a Verizon business plan with 4 lines of service.
