Made an appointment 2 days prior for 6 p.m. Store Dickson City was packed! Checked in 3 different times...never waited on until 7:45.

After 20+ years we finally came back to Verizon for total home and cell service. This corporate store in Dickson City provides excellent personal service and gets very busy, so appointments are suggested if possible. We're completely satisfied with the transition to FIOS and total home service. We live in a large, 3 story Victorian and the signal for TV, cells and Internet is excrement. There are many extra perks that come with their services but be patient. They're so popular now that it may take 30- 90 days to receive them... read more
