Terrible customer service. Tried to go into to buy a phone, but ended up walking out empty handed because all the sales manager could do was try to upcharge me and get me to upgrade my current plan. All I left with was a quote for higher monthly charges.
The price as I told in store is different from the bill in account, be careful! Waste my time
Slow and unhelpful
After I sat on a waitlist for 30 minutes in store, they told me they couldn’t help me because I’m on a business line and not the owner of the account. I was just at another Verizon store three days ago and they got past that by sending an automated text to one of the authorized owners of the account and by asking me the business PIN. This store told it wasn’t possible and walked away. Would be cool if they would tell you that before you sit on a waitlist.
