Rude, nothing more to say about the employees here. I waited, got put on the phone with Verizon telephone support, and accomplished nothing in this store except for being told to move and getting the stink eye. I suggest all the employees here go to the Midlothian turnpike location and take basic customer service training, The Midlothian store is busy but they are polite and get things accomplished.
I have canceled the service on June 22 and told them to disconnect my numbers and not charge me for the next month even I canceled my auto payment and got the port out number, the lady on the phone assured me that everything is good canceled. Today I got charged for nothing and they don’t refund my money. Don’t recommend this service.
They definitely delete out old reviews because I already had one bad experience. Waited for an hour for walk in appt ok no big deal get text they are ready for me walk in store and they tell me I’m next 25 minutes Later Iam still waiting…
Awful experience, was there for 3 hours today and left with nothing except for being charged $500 for phones that I’m not getting.
