My Bill is more than it was supposed to be I went back to Naugatuck for them to tell me to go to waterbury for waterbury to tell me they can’t do anything . I’ve been on the phone with Verizon 15 times since getting the phones 5 months ago . I was being charged for an extra phone for that amount of time . Tablet was supposed to be less monthly …. Terrible . Very terrible .
