Then young lady that helped my mom was so sweet. I think her name was Myah. I would've given them a 5 star but the phone my mom wanted was not in stock and she had to have it ordered and delivered a week later.
The customer service was great but the phone BILL wasn't. Got my first bill and THEY (VERIZON) are charging me ALMOST 4 TIMES MORE THAN MY BILL AT T-MOBILE. WHICH IS JUST PLUM RIDICULOUS!!! SO NOW MY PHONE IS OFF. VERIZON'S SIGNAL IS GOOD IN CHARLOTTE NC BUT ITS NOT GREAT IN THE CLEMSON, SENECA, ANDERSON AREA!! IT REALLY WAS BAD AND ALSO THE 5G WASNT GOOD EITHER. I GIVE 3 STARS FOR STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT FOR THE PHONE SERVICE ITS SELF I GIVE 1 AND A HALF MAYBE 2 STARS!!
