Received excellent care from Kylie. She was patient with my 84 year old mom and me. We're embarrassingly low tech folks. She helped us out with our questions and problems.
Talk to the gentleman that handled the business accounts. Made a couple of changes to my account. This store is a Verizon Company Store. The other store is a Franchise Store.
Kirk, the person that handles business accounts took time with me to tell the different options that I have. Help save me money on my accounts. We also talk about the new phones that I can up gade with. I mention that I would look at the 2 different plans to see which would better serve my business needs. I am not one to jump into things without looking at different plans.
Online Verizon stinks! Thank God for the people who work at this location. After a terrible experience online, the staff in this store sorted everything out. Thank you!
