Yeah actually the worst Verizon. All the employees are “trying” to “everything they can do” but it seems like everyone is just pawning off things to other people. I have issues with mobile and internet and they say call these people call those people. And then I call them and they say your provider in store has to do it. I’m just so frustrated at this point. I don’t understand why the bad reviews. The staff here was friendly and nice unlike the authorized retailers. Who didn’t want to help. Corporate is the way to go! Come see Shannon!!! He was amazing and helped us with everything we needed!

It can be as simple as “I want a new phone” … then sit back and watch the magic unfold. The purest and most genuine form of incompetence to ever exist in the know universe, it is truly a special treat and should have you feeling better in no time.
VERIZON doesnt have time to talk to customers. customer service is terrible.
