The absolute worst customer service experience, for two years that I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, due to the contract I could not afford to leave. Do not support this company. They do not care at all about you. They just want to make money. Absolutely repulsive.

Also had a terrible experience with employees pawning things off on others and not checking back with customers to actually see how things were going. The managers seem disengaged and uninterested in customer satisfaction and my phone still does not work. It would be nice if Verizon employeed one tech specialist in each store bc the nonsense of troubleshooting steps that don't produce results and employees who don't know their products close enough to help troubleshoot is very annoying.

Yeah actually the worst Verizon. All the employees are “trying” to “everything they can do” but it seems like everyone is just pawning off things to other people. I have issues with mobile and internet and they say call these people call those people. And then I call them and they say your provider in store has to do it. I’m just so frustrated at this point.
