Not sure what the purpose of this store is, if they cannot help you with your account. I spent months trying to dispute internet service that was never received. Finally gave up and paid it so I can move back to At&t. Something these fools won’t tell you, you cannot dispute charges if your account is no longer active. Seems like it is purposeful.

The worst company ! They can’t disability people or fired work when can’t pay the service. They don’t accept other options

Spent 3 hours working back and forth in this store and on the phone, plus multiple days of going to the store just to process an exchange within my 30 day return policy due to a malfunctioning phone I received. Should be fairly simple right? Well, I was told by multiple people at Verizon to go ahead and trade in my old phone, and that I’d be sent the replacement phone and return the malfunctioning phone in the same box upon receiving it. 3 hours later, I am now being told I need to send in my malfunctioning phone and be WITH... read more

They reset my phone didn't log me in to the computers and refused to call the fraud department after asked by the fraud department in Verizon to have them call!
