The worst company ! They can’t disability people or fired work when can’t pay the service. They don’t accept other options
Spent 3 hours working back and forth in this store and on the phone, plus multiple days of going to the store just to process an exchange within my 30 day return policy due to a malfunctioning phone I received. Should be fairly simple right? They reset my phone didn't log me in to the computers and refused to call the fraud department after asked by the fraud department in Verizon to have them call!
Even though someone from Verizon replied to my previous review, with a link that I already submitted, nothing changed, and they never got back to me.
