Avoid like the plague! We have been having nothing but issues since we joined and it has only been 5 months! The first couple months they told us the bill would be up and down so once the 3rd month came we saw a lot of out promotions and credits were not there. We then told them about it cause there was a whole other phone line on our account too? Went in to Verizon today with a very complicated change I needed to make to our business plan. Michael H. was awesome. He didn’t give up. It took some time but he was successful in getting results for me that I had been unable to do in the app. He represents Verizon and his store in a very positive way. Thank you again Michael.
The salesman was efficient, but kind of stand offish. This is the Verizon in Pascagoula.
