Me and my Wife went to this Verizon and it was the best experience ever. Kurtis was a great help. Any questions we had. He had the answers and did such a great job with helping us with all of our issues. We will definitely come back here in the future

Come in here, and depending who you get you'll get a very nice, knowledgeable person who is willing to help you and go through hoops to get you the help that you need... Other days you come here and you have somebody who hates their job and hates their life and doesn't give a damn about helping you, including when you're a new customer with a brand new line and a brand new phone that arrived defective and you sit there for 2 hours speaking to customer service over the phone because the store can't do anything without over th... read more

I've been trying to find a way to contact someone at the Williamsburg store for hours, being transferred multiple times on the phone through the regular customer services line, after spending over 3 hours in the store yesterday. I was promised a receipt for my in-store purchases via email and I haven't received it. Can't claim this very large business expense if I don't have the receipt!
