Sad to share came to this location ready to purchase pixel 9 fold. I was advised I was 7 mins past the time they service walk ins and I can get an appointment for the following day. 7 mins.
This location has very poor customer service, I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and have stayed due to outstanding customer service, however; my last two visits have been excruciating! So many employees standing around, the customer service has been so bad I am seriously considering changing carriers!
