I run a 900-square-foot shop that uses a maximum of 8 devices on a busy day. In February 2024, I signed up with Verizon and got their 200 Mbps router, which (per a corporate rep) should easily handle 40 devices. The first week it wasn’t working, so I went into the store — instead of looking into the issue or trying to fix it they insisted I just needed a second router. Poor customer service.
It’s ok
Ronnie was extremely helpful. I needed to switch phone service from Xfinity to Verizon and it was a surprisingly involved process. Ronnie was great explaining everything to me and it was a quick and painless trip.
I had a great experience with Ronnie when I went into to get a new phone. She answered all my questions clearly and assisted to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely a good experience!
