Never take their promo proposals! They are scammers. Proposed to upgrade phones for free and then they started charged 100% of the phones’ price plus fee. I even can’t believe it’s possible but that is it.
verizon double charged me $772.00 I have been to the verizon store Three times to resolve this matter they agree they owe me this amount since March 2025 and yet I have still have not receive the check
I received a flyer for the internet. When I went to the store to open an internet account I was told it was no longer available for my area.
