I have nothing nice to say about this location. Came in to discuss why my phone doesn't have signal. Employee didn't know what was going on or how to fix it. Basically said you have service but it's not working. You do have insurance. So you should just pay $99 and get a new phone. Does he not see that this phone is still new with no damage? Manger is incredibly unpleasant, watched multiple people get helped before me even though I had arrived earlier. When I asked an employee and pointed out I had been waiting for a significant amount of time the manager ran from across the store (after walking past me multiple times and making eye contact with me) to tell me I was a liar and he just watched me walk through the door. Wes is the best cellular rep that I've found! Patient, courteous, professional. Wasn't so sure what the role of the female V representative walking about the store was? Maybe she was a supervisor? She bordered on "rude" in my opinion. Never smiled, almost ran me over when I first entered the store.
