I visited this Verizon store today and unfortunately had a very bad experience. There were about six employees in the store, and they were all standing around with nothing to do. I was there for more than 30 minutes, yet not a single employee even asked me what I needed or whether I needed any help. Quick service and friendly staff
This verizon corporate store has a very poor customer service, we arrive and check in, other two people came after us, Verizon prefered to attend first those people, we claim what was going on, He explain, we should make an appointment before arrive to the store, we are not happy how was treated in this location, my wife left upset, I do not recommend this verizon "corporate" location, As soon as arrive to my house I call another verizon corporate location, they told me, I do not need to make an appointment. just to walk in.... read more
The employees pay more attention to texting on their personal cell phones instead of assisting the customers. Customer service sucks!!!!
