Came here with my boyfriend. We waited over 30 minutes to get help to finally get help. We were told to wait at the counter and have seat from the worker there he has bleached blond hair and a piercing. He was helping a woman here before us. Before we know it, other customers came in behind us and got helped instantly! Service here is POOR!
Friendly, helpful, and quick service. They seem like one of the only games in town to actually fix your phone. Wish Verizon had more actual stores and service centers rather than the really underwhelming authorized retailers.
