I recently was at the store and Mike the manager help me I've been in management of a credit union for 25 years and want you folks to know Mike is a wonderful asset for your company he's very knowledgeable very friendly and just a great great contact person so be sure you keep him he's a great asset
Called this number to see if they had phone books at the store and some awful rude lady answered and just refused to even entertain the idea of helping me with something besides sales. Crazy 🤪 ladeeey
So, this is not a review of Verizon as a company. As a company my experience has been consistently terrible, horrible and despicable. With that out of the way, this review is for Aaliyah and her amazing, above and beyond customer service.
