I went to two other Verizon locations and both of them had people who helped me that made me feel like they were doing me a favor and could not explain my concerns on what appeared to be a price discrepancy from my call to coorporate. We went to this store because we needed help figuring out how to use whatsapp and this idiot tyler the store manager would not even take us to a booth,he had us standing at the very entrance of the store and he said he does not know how to use whatsapp i could see that he is very racist and i hope they fire him
