They had no idea what was wrong with my phone, and didn't seem to care
Everytime I have an issue with my phone I come here because its the closest to me (still a 20 minute drive). The customer service is ALWAYS bad, but today was the worst yet. Derrick was not just rude right from the start but spoke to me as if i was an idiot had and hostel attitude when I ask him to explain what he was doing to my phone as he opened the back of it without saying a word to .e about what was going on prior.
