For having a store right here in this area you would think the phone service would be good. Is there any plan to fix it? Or do nothing?
We had excellent service at Santee Verizon. Ramses helped us get our phones working after I had spent over 16 hours in 3 days on the phone with tech support. Ramses is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He was a hero for us!!!
Came in to open a business 3 lined account. Brought in tax payer ID, registration with the state, sellers permits, 2 forms of id, etc. The business guy "mike" was questioning why u have two sellers permits with the same date and different addresses. Easy, I sell from 2 locations and the law requires you have one for each place. Working in business Telcom you would think he would know that.
