Waiting time too long.
Avoid this place at all cost. I was told by knowledgeable people that this "corporate" office could look up info on an account with VERY recently closed lines. Basic info, like which card was listed in autopay..etc.. All they would say is that I would be mailed a final statement, and if I had more questions, I would have to call customer service. Save yourself a headache and just go to the smaller, much more friendly store on Cypress.
We have a business account with this store and initially worked with our assigned account manager. To get a new phone it was great & easy. But once i needed to exchange it for a new on the nightmare began. A month later and i still dont have the exchange done. Our account manager ghosted me multiple times unavailable to help us through the exchange. He told us he didnt have time to help us when he was the only person that could.
