Waiting time too long.
Avoid this place at all cost. I was told by knowledgeable people that this "corporate" office could look up info on an account with VERY recently closed lines. Basic info, like which card was listed in autopay..etc.. All they would say is that I would be mailed a final statement, and if I had more questions, I would have to call customer service. Save yourself a headache and just go to the smaller, much more friendly store on Cypress.
