Noah was great! Having problems with Bluetooth connectivity. Diagnosed and gave explicit instructions to correct. Great customer service.
Disgusting place. People are unhelpful and rude. I ordered online for a store pickup and when I got to store, they said it was pending. I asked how long and they said they could not know that and could only provide a customer service phone number. I called CS and now they decided to just send the instead. Waste of time and useless staff. Kind of hate Verizon now as a result of how unhelpful this and the Belterrra location are.
