This is my second time I have used this store for issues with my phone. They are by far the best in customer service of other Verizon stores in the area.
Very good Customer Service
They need more help. Sat there for 30 minutes before I asked how long of a wait and was told it would be another 30 minutes or so.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got my situation handled quick and even helped check some things on my account!
