Hope you don't have a business account because they refuse to help you. Paying $14,000/month and they won't even look up your account. Dealt with a manager named Xailey who didn't have access to look up business accounts. Did she try going to her superiors to find someone who could look up the account? No. Did it matter that I was logged into my account and was able to validate that way? Also no.
