Absolutely garbage, i ordered the iphone 12 and they said the order went through took the payment and it was all going smoothly and then the day i was supposed to get my phone in the mail my order was cancelled but the money was still taken, you apparently cant be 20 yrs old needing a phone and buy a phone from them, so i wont be purchasing from Verizon ever again and ill take my business back to amazon whwre it belongs, also the ladt answering my questions was very rude and needs to be nicer to customers
