Verizon associate logged us in que. Notification on my phone said we were next in line. Two different customers came in after I received the notification and were taken care of before me. All I got was "sorry about that " awsome customer service NOT !!! Go to a different location.
Cannot speak clearly, plain English. Seems they are always adding things to my plan that I never requested Better get better soon or this 30 yr customer is going to Specttum.
