I was helped by Frank. He is absolutely one of the best assets Verizon has. I went to 6 Verizon stores from Bayside Queens 45 miles away to Patchogue. I also spent 4 hours on the phone with numerous representatives. Frank remedied the situation in less then 5 minutes. All I can suggest is Frank leave verizon and seek employment with a more reputable company. Verizon is by far the worst corporation I've ever dealt with. I will be moving to a different service. Thank you Frank for taking care of this.
Waited an Hour just to ask basic questions with consideration that there were two other people waiting as well for questions. I had a technical problem and wanted there expert help for back up data, since a couple years ago Verizon offered it. Been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Went into the patchogue store this morning to ask them to replace a phone charging cable that I purchased from them two months ago. Horrible customer service. We spend about $300 a month on their wireless service and have a pending fios install for another $200 a month. Found it unbelievable that they would not replace a cable purchased in their store two months ago. Next stop is t mobile to move my wireless plan and then stay with optimum for cable and internet.
