Great and knowledgeable staff
I was able Verizon customer for 20 years. The service has steadily declined over the years. After numerous fixable problems i had to switch. I changed providers and with no problem. The new provider talked to Verizon and was told when the numbers we're relinguished that there was not money owed on the account and Verizon relinguished the phone numbers.
