I came to buy a new phone and had to spend over 2 hours dealing with slimy gimmicks. The sales person goes "back", disappears for 15 min, comes back with " an offer". I reject, ask to bring the new phone, he goes back again, comes back with another something, but not the phone. Never asked me what I was looking for, kept pushing “ the second line”, “ free phone”, and all that sales jazz, with my bill obviously going up, not down. they Hosed me. told me when i get one cellphone business plan i would get a free ipad and i watch. one year later i found out i was paying for cell plans for the watch and ipad! watch out!
The salesperson was very helpful but when I tried to call the store directly it was impossible! You have to literally go there if you have a question regarding a quote. I ended up at the Apple Store
