Phillip and crew are genuinely helpful and great guys. During the most recent outage for service (while replacing my phone) I watched them explain and handle the situation with great concern for their customers. I got my phone and deals applied from their handiwork and greatly appreciated their attention to me and other customers simultaneously. Good folks!
Andrew was amazing during my visit. Me and my husband had a tons of questions since this is the first time that we are getting a phone from the US. Andrew was able to answer all my questions and make really good suggestions, he seems like an honest good employee with excellent customer service skills. Lindsay was also really great and really helpful.
Please tell me why the person that stands and take peoples names can’t help you. This is always the case here and only having 3 people on a Saturday!
