I have absolutely had it with the customer service at this location. Each and every time I go into accomplish anything I get turned away or told to get a hold of customer service. this location makes zero effort in actually helping the customer. I'm completely fed up with Verizon because of this location.
The two young men were great with my husband phone phone since he was in the hospital. Great service go to that store.
