I always have professional interactions with Verizon’s customers service representatives, whether in person or via phone. They have top notch quality communication devices with ongoing improvements and upgrades. They stay on top of software fixes and issues with their devices so they stay functional at quality of communication they’re known for. Mitchell is amazing. He has helped us on a number of occasions and is 100% of the reason we continue to do business with Verizon. He is knowledgeable, professional, and engaged. He goes above and beyond to diagnose and help solve our problems. Not only willl we be back, we are recommending EVERYONE to go to this store and to ask for Mitch!
I have absolutely had it with the customer service at this location. Each and every time I go into accomplish anything I get turned away or told to get a hold of customer service. this location makes zero effort in actually helping the customer. I'm completely fed up with Verizon because of this location.
