Help less with bad attitude not from one but 2 customer service
The service here is so awful. As packed as they seem to be, you have at least 2 or 3 reps assisting one person. I'm sure people could get in and out faster if each Rep is assisting a customer. The wait time is awful & for no reason. No one entered my information when I walked into the store. The young lady that was initially helping me never came back to assist me.
