Thanks for helping me yesterday. I might be back today. Still having a little trouble with my email account.
The representative was very helpful to my needs and great personality
Poor customer service — and not just from one but two employees. After seeing how they treated me, I decided not to move forward with purchasing or upgrading any services. What’s worse is that reviews from over a year ago mention the same issues, and nothing has changed. Save your time and energy and go to another branch.
