I needed to upgrade two phones, and had prepared by using the My Verizon app. My transaction was complicated by the fact that the second phone is going to a different state and there were some condition issues with the second trade-in device. Both my daughter and I came in for new service and we spoke with Ahmad, he was very knowledgeable and got us both great deals on two new iPhone 17 and a few accessories. We will request Ahmed when we visit the store for any help thank you we are very pleased
