It’s okay but not at my home
3.3 star rating I can understand why such a low rating service sucks I've tried buying a phone 3 times and people just keep walking away from and the 3rd time my 3yearold needed a bathroom and they refused to allow us to use the restroom. Open to public but no rest room ok I guess they don't want to sell me a phone
Incredibly professional and knowledgeable service. I took several hours of 1 associates time due to unusual and extenuating circumstances on my part. She worked with me and patiently stayed with me until my issues were resolved. I have closer Verizon stores to go to- but this IS the ONLY Verizon store I go to for products and related services.
