Terrible customer service. Manager the worsed. Because I don't have a contract BUT I am Verizon customer I can't get help. Sense, November 2 phone have had problems. Will never go to this store again.

MOVING FROM AT&T to VERIZON SERVICE HAS BEEN ONE OF THE TOP 5 WORST DECISIONS EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. I won’t bore folks with every last detail concerning how a simple move of cell service from AT&T to Verizon could be so incredibly bungled that it borders on comedy. Three months ago I started the process and to this VERY DAY still DO NOT have a fully functional phone. And it’s not a problem with my new iPhone 14. Its ALL Verizon. I’ll be generous here. The wait times have not improved. There is not enough staff. I was added as a manager on my account under a new profile making my access to my verizon nearly non existent. Tried fixing it 4 times. Took calling corporate customer service to fix the issue just to get access to my account.

This place has horrible service. Also I have had Verizon for 10 years and the service lately has been awful. Both the cell recused the customer service. The manager Ryan didn’t want to do any for me. Refused to return a phone that was canceled but still came.
