Verizon is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie straight to your face, steal money from your account, charge you multiple times in the same month for the same phone, and then refuse to return it. They block access to your account and pretend they know nothing. This is pure fraud, deception, and complete disrespect for customers. Liars and scammers. I strongly warn anyone: stay away from this company if you value your money and your peace of mind!
Would like to give a shout out to Verizon emplyees Brooklyn and Tiffany! They were so much help! It was super busy and yet Brooklyn was able to juggle three customers at a time! We were having trouble getting my phone to transfer and they both helped so much with the complicated unique situation.
I will never go this place again l wait 30 minutes no one help me
All my wife and I wanted to do was get an itemized final bill pay and leave. Have tried online multiple times. Called and they couldn’t do it. Went to the corporate store out by mall twice and they couldn’t do it. This company is a mess. We will try once more then get legal involved.
