I was traveling through Minot on my way to Alaska. I stopped in for help with my business account straightening out an issue activating a 2nd E sim. I had called 11 times over the past week and had no success. They were very patient, knowledgable and helpful and got through to tech support what the issue was and what needed to happen to rectify the problem.. They went above and beyond to help me.
