Management and employees not professional, not helpful. I've been a costumer 37 years and was very embarrassed. They need to have some manners for the handicapped and me over 76 years old.
Just left US Cellular after being with them for a month and excited about the improved service with Verizon. Jake was so helpful and great to work with, really made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks for getting us set up!
