Melissa was so helpful!Galaxy phone would not charge.Took it to 2 other Verizon stores,could not get it to charge,well she had it working like new in 10 min.Also got into my system and guided me thru apps THAT were running in background.She spent a lot of time getting my phone working like new.THANK you soooo much for your time!!
Valley View should have-star rating. CEO needs to clean house at location or keep loosing customers lol
Go to the verizon across from Lewis Gale... Logan was the best. Never go to Valleyview again. Salem locations are the only ever to give you the nest service in my experience.
Usually have to wait a while to be helped. They acknowledge you when you come through the door but as far as getting to you that takes time.
For the record, I've been a Verizon customer for approximately two decades. I work in law. I've paid a premium to Verizon because, previously, Verizon had the best network and the best customer service. That premium was worth it previously, but that is no longer the case. This morning, without warning, Verizon suspended all of our lines for "non-payment", which is insane because our payments are auto-debited, and all payments due were debited as Verizon saw fit.
