My experience at the store, with the employees was excellent. No complaints. My main issue is that I was sold a “lifetime warranty” screen protector product at the store, from a vendor that could very well be a scam. I overpaid (around $60 from what I remember) for a flimsy, average screen protector that started to crack within weeks. To collect on the warranty, you have to pay $10 for shipping, which I did 5 weeks ago. I’ve wasted hours of my life on hold with ZAGG, attempting to get a replacement, to no avail. After the Verizon network shut down, it really made me nervous and upset. I waited till the next morning and got down there as quickly as I could. A very nice gentleman helped me, and it didn't take long at all. Only when I want to make a call for one other person, it wouldn't work and I was on my way at the door. And he was ready to call the next person but turned around and said come on back and I will make sure it's fixed. Bad service atm close
I had a problem with my home internet and the young man really helped me out
I just cannot imagine a circumstance that would ever compel me to set foot in this store again. It's one thing to not get a problem solved, but it's quite another thing to be treated with abject contempt. I got both. All I can say is this: without respect, I must reject.
