Absolutely useless. Went in because my trade in device didn’t have a trade in label or box to ship back my old device. They were unable to do anything and told me to call customer support the next day since customer support was closed at the time. I then asked if they could identify my business representative and they were unable to do that as well. Why have a business store if they can’t help with basic inquiries?
Good service, but it took a great deal of time and tried to upsell us 3 times.
I don't have my account # so there was no way for me to get past the automation! I deleted ALL my txt msgs by mistake and NEED them back!! Very important but they can't give me a human being or anything without my account #
