Helpful and informative
This was one of the Verizon stores I went to for help to solve a Gmail problem in my phone. They appeared not interested in helping me with the problem. Lucky for me I found help at the Washington Verizon store.
Trent gave excellent customer service. He made my app work for the first time since I've had it which was over a year.
