Currently on hold… a representative “transferred” me to a live person… like he’s somehow dead or incompetent in customer service. It’s been 20 minutes now… might have to see if my lawyer can get this straight since you don’t want to help me at all
Helpful and informative
This was one of the Verizon stores I went to for help to solve a Gmail problem in my phone. They appeared not interested in helping me with the problem. Lucky for me I found help at the Washington Verizon store.
Trent gave excellent customer service. He made my app work for the first time since I've had it which was over a year.
