I visited the Reston Verizon store, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I needed a simple final bill, but the store manager, Thomas, couldn’t assist even after a lengthy back-and-forth with customer service. I waited for nearly an hour with no resolution. Ultimately, I was told to go to another store. When I went to the Sterling location, they quickly helped me with no issues. The contrast in service was night and day. I do not recommend the Reston location based on this experience.👎👎
