I don’t normally do reviews but certainly believe the service received from Gustavo is worth bragging about. We had placed orders on online for new Verizon phones via chat and they were done incorrectly. We went into the Avondale Verizon Store on West McDowell Road about 5-530 and were greeted by Gustavo. We explained our dilemma and he assured us he’ll get it corrected granted it would take some time. Great staff and lot of phones and tablets to choice from
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not talking about this location. I mean in general. I dropped the account during a trial period. Only 1 week in.
Malisimo el servicio no tienen mucho personal y el que está no atiende , solo 2 o 3 personas siempre es lo mismo se dura de 1 hora o más para que te atiendan
