Whatever you do, don't let Daniel help you, went in to add my buddy to our plan, we weren't changing anything, just adding his number for a new plan , well Daniel wanted to hit that monthly quota ,and went in and changed everyone's plan, got rid of our loyalty discounts , made our bill go from 300 to 650..all just to pad his numbers, unfortunately for Daniel I work in the industry and know exactly what he did and after a fun 2 hour call to Verizon I was able to get everything fixed, but if you don't know what you are doing i... read more

As crazy busy this location was the sales team had a good system where they were able to get to everyone and handle their needs. Special thanks to Gustavo for helping us! Had a couple of hiccups with the previous carrier releasing information but he was patient and determined to make sure our service/plan was exactly what we needed
