As crazy busy this location was the sales team had a good system where they were able to get to everyone and handle their needs. Special thanks to Gustavo for helping us! Had a couple of hiccups with the previous carrier releasing information but he was patient and determined to make sure our service/plan was exactly what we needed
I don’t normally do reviews but certainly believe the service received from Gustavo is worth bragging about. We had placed orders on online for new Verizon phones via chat and they were done incorrectly. We went into the Avondale Verizon Store on West McDowell Road about 5-530 and were greeted by Gustavo. We explained our dilemma and he assured us he’ll get it corrected granted it would take some time.
